 We’re now looking for an experienced individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Wellbeing Support to cover our homes in the Midlands on a maternity cover basis. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Regional Wellbeing Support will work with the Head of Wellbeing to develop and implement a high-quality well-being and activity programme which will improve the quality of life for residents living within the Avery Healthcare Group

 Other responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting your regional portfolio of homes to organise, plan, and deliver activities to a high standard, enhancing the well-being of our residents.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the overall Resident Experience.
  • Ensuring that well-being and activity core standards exceed regulatory requirements are delivered in your homes.
  • Conducting regular (6 visits per year per home) home support visits and audits to all locations within your agreed portfolio of Avery Homes.
  • Providing training to well-being and activity coordinators across your Avery Homes.
  • Promoting and support community links, volunteering and quality content posted to Avery social media channels.

ABOUT YOU  

 To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. 

 Our ideal candidate must:  

  • Have experience of hands-on activity provision 

    in the health and social care setting, including establishment of community links

  • Have experience in a similar role, working in a multi-site environment

  • Have experience of Health and Social Care Act and Regulatory Processes

  • Have the ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, combined with strong influencing skills.
  • Be able to evidence of further professional development in relation to well-being and activity
  • Have knowledge and experience of providing a

    premium experience within a luxury brand.

  • Possess a full Driving License & Car
