We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as Head of Culinary & Hospitality. If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Culinary & Hospitality, you will lead Avery’s culinary, hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry strategy across our care home portfolio, ensuring exceptional standards, strong compliance, and outstanding resident experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading service standards across Culinary, Hospitality.
  • Driving food safety compliance, EHO standards, and continuous improvement
  • Managing menu development, allergen compliance, and IDDSI training
  • Supporting budget performance, supplier relationships, and operational efficiencies
  • Building strong partnerships with General Managers and senior leaders across the business


ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Senior leadership experience across multi-site Culinary, Hospitality, or Hotel Services
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier performance
  • Flexibility to travel nationally
  • A degree or equivalent qualification
