We’re currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fantastic People Team. This role will be covering homes across our Norfolk and Midlands regions whilst also supporting colleagues in our Support Centre based in Northampton  If you’re ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our business, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role 

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across the business.  You’ll bring strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical HR expertise to drive real impact—from employee relations and wellbeing to policy development and organisational change.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Partnering with managers to resolve employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Leading on health & wellbeing initiatives, including occupational health and return-to-work strategies
  • Reviewing and evolving HR policies to keep us compliant, consistent, and compassionate
  • Coaching leaders to manage people issues independently and effectively 
  • Interpreting employee data to uncover trends and drive smarter decisions 
  • Supporting key HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the business 
  • Staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices to keep us future-ready

What You’ll Bring 

  • Proven HR experience, especially in casework, change management, and employee relations
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication across all levels of the organisation 
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Experience in regulated environments

 Please note: This role requires a DBS check (covered by Avery Healthcare), proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving license.
