Client Liaison Manager

Job Introduction

At Avery Healthcare, we understand that choosing a care home is one of the biggest decisions a family will ever make. It's a journey that often comes with questions, emotions and important choices, which is why we're looking for an exceptional Client Liaison Manager to be a trusted point of support from the very first conversation.

This is a unique opportunity to combine meaningful relationship-building with commercial success, helping families make informed decisions while contributing to the growth and success of the home.

As one of the UK's leading care providers, we're proud of the care we deliver, but it's our people who truly set us apart. We invest in our colleagues, celebrate success and create opportunities for people to grow, develop and thrive.

About the Role

As our Client Liaison Manager, you'll support prospective residents and their families from first enquiry through to move-in, providing a warm, professional and personalised experience every step of the way.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider home team, you'll be responsible for driving occupancy, managing enquiries, building local referral networks and ensuring every prospective resident receives an exceptional experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing enquiries and supporting prospective residents and their families from their first enquiry through to move-in.
  • Delivering engaging and personalised tours of the home, building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals and other key local stakeholders.
  • Developing and managing a strong pipeline of prospective residents, driving occupancy through effective follow-up and conversion activities.
  • Representing the home within the local community through networking, business development and community engagement initiatives.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience and exceptional customer service throughout.
  • Monitoring local market activity and identifying opportunities to enhance occupancy, performance and the home's profile within the community.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally people-focused, commercially aware and passionate about making a difference.

You will have experience in sales, relationship management, business development, customer engagement or a similar role where building trust and delivering results are equally important.

You'll also have:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple enquiries and priorities.
  • Confidence presenting, networking and representing a premium service.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets.
  • The resilience, drive and determination to create opportunities and deliver results.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Why Avery?

At Avery, we're proud of our reputation for delivering exceptional care and creating welcoming communities where residents can thrive. Equally important is the environment we create for our colleagues.

You'll be joining a supportive, ambitious and values-driven organisation that is committed to investing in its people and celebrating success. Every day presents the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to families while contributing directly to the growth and success of the home.

In return, you'll benefit from:

  • A competitive salary and an industry-leading commission structure that genuinely rewards success and recognises the impact you make.
  • Access to a comprehensive employee benefits platform, including a wide range of retail, leisure and lifestyle discounts.
  • Excellent career development, progression opportunities and learning programmes within one of the UK's leading care providers.
  • An Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support for you and your family.
  • Recognition schemes that celebrate achievement, alongside the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and ambitious organisation.

If you're looking for a role where you can build relationships, drive commercial performance and truly change lives, we'd love to hear from you.
